Chronology of ABI Inc:

• Incorporated as Automatic Bacterial Injection on January 1 st, 1991.
• Awarded trademark for “UltraClear” on February 4th, 1997.
• Legally changed name to ABI Inc on October 12th, 2003.
• Acquired Water Quality Science International in 2017.

ABI markets biological solutions for treating water. The product line is based on biological products that are 100% safe for fish and wild life. Primary market segments include retail garden centers, hardware stores, feed & seed retailers, farm coops, wastewater treatment facilities, farms, golf courses and industrial facilities with process water. In addition to UltraClear products, ABI markets other products associated with the markets where UltraClear products are used.
