Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your UltraClear products, but if for some reason that's not the case, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can start a return by submitting a Contact request to hello@ultraclear.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within seven (7) days, subject to your card issuer's policies. If more than (7) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ultraclear.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You may authorize UltraClear to deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
